At 1Virx, we take pride in crafting premium, organic candles designed to elevate your atmosphere with wellness, intention, and sustainability in mind. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we want your shopping experience to be seamless and positive. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.


Return & Refund Eligibility

We only accept returns on unused and unopened candle products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Orders returned after the 7-day window

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective upon arrival)


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and email us at support@1virx.com. We will gladly replace or refund items that were damaged in transit.


Refund Process

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@1virx.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
