2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and secure payment methods provided at checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
3. Shipping
We ship all orders from our U.S.-based studio within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Shipping times may vary based on destination and carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 1Virx is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our candle products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly replace or refund defective products on a case-by-case basis.

All 1Virx candles come with safety instructions on the label. Customers are responsible for reading and following all warnings.
